There was an Initial phone interview for about 10-15 mins. They asked basic interview questions about my experience, and why I wanted a high volume cold calling position.

There is an initial screening call followed by another virtual interview where they just try to get to know you. The first call asked about eligibility to work in the US and logistical questions/info about the company. One of the interviews involves a sales pitch role play but wasn't too difficult.

Met onsite at a college recruiting fair, was directed to the online application (no special link for those who met onsite). Afterwards there was an initial interview and a follow up interview. Initial interview was by phone and the second interview was on a video skype call.
