The interview process had a couple different stages (screening phone call from Yelp recruiter and video interview with a sales manager). The process itself was simple; however the sales manager that I interviewed with seemed unprepared for our meeting. The sales manager had not looked at my resume prior to our interview and was not able to play audio recordings that seemed essential to the role playing portion of the interview (which kind of threw me off).

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.

It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
