They gave us some homework. Its just a simple design problem. Then after that, its the interview. I didnt answer quite well but i somehow got the offer hehe...it was quite low though.
First interview: - HR phone screening - Hiring manager Behavioral questions, technical questions, and assessments of the applicant's skills and abilities. most of the question related object oriental programming after that company conduct reference checks and/or background checks to verify the applicant's employment history, education, criminal record etc.

First is a test for your knowledge on C#, as long as you have a good foundation this test will be a breeze.
Once you passed the test, there will be a second interview where you will talk to certain management staff. This is more of knowing who you are and introducing you to the company structure.
