The interview was simple. There were vague questions. The interviewer was friendly. They may even give you a bit extra time if they find you on the right track or even give you a hint. If you fail the interview, you get feedback as well. So, in general, it is very well organised.

The second assessment day focused on working in a team, with a challenge to present a solution to a problem, with the day ending in an escape room challenge.
