* Phone interview with HR/talent sourcer
* Video-conference interviews with the future manager
* On-site marathon process of 5-6 interviews:
- Again HR
- Again the future manager
- The n+2 manager, and potentially the VP (n+3)
- A peer from a similar group, working with your future group
- An head of engineering from an external group, in order to assess your technical skills
At least one of those interviews may occur in a non formal setting, for instance during lunch. Of course, do not relax during those informal chats: it is a test to try to better grasp your full personality.
Some of the interviewers, especially the ones external to your future group, may be dumb.
Be careful to not be friendly with any of your interviewers. In appearance, it may seem that people are welcoming and friendly, but they are not. They will stab you in the back once you turn your heels out.
