After applying for the role, got an email from them to do an immediate assessment test with a 72-hour deadline. Only after doing the assessment would you then be considered for an interview. In this test, there are 5 parts to it, asking you to create a Instagram Carousel, 2 Instagram Captions, Instagram Story Creation and an influencer draft email. I managed to complete the full assessment before the deadline and sent it in. Got a response saying they received my email but the "email I sent does not accept attachments" which is questionable. The executive did give me another company email to send my answers which I did. Afterwards, there was no response, not even a courtesy follow-up of not being selected. The lack of professionalism from the Talent Acquisition and demanding **potential** interviewees, not even a first-round interviewee, through doing a test first is disappointing.
