There were 2 rounds. Interview questions were of Average difficulty. 1st round cleared successfully. Second round was with Technical lead. Asked me to check out the code from git and write the test cases for it. It was nice interactive experience until the end part of the interview. His feedback was also positive regarding my experience in relevancy with profile At the end he asked why do you want to switch and was countering on each of my reason and was digging on it for almost 15 mins. He himself had mad 7 switches throughout his career. And at the end HR called me and said that feedback is not positive and no reasons like what went wrong. If you guys don't have the budget and don't have anything new to offer, then shouldn't spoil the time of candidate.

Online test, 2 rounds of technical interview via hangouts, and face to face at office, but got rejected in 2nd round hangout, as he has expecting exact definition, seems like looking for Chattur Rama Lingam(Character from 3 idiots). Seems like has interviewer was frustrated, anger come over me, it was clear as less mature than 1st interviewer as he was very calm, asking question based on scenario not definition. Advise to Management: Don't choose frustrated engineer as interviewer, as all anger come out on candidates. And you will continue searching for candidates.
