Such a worst experience , interview happened with two cameras on - first round happened really bad but they selected me for the second round - and the second round happened really well answered all the questions and solved both the coding questions without any reason they rejected - look like we need underperform to clear the interview with this company

Very unprofessional hiring process.
I was informed that I had cleared the technical rounds and was selected for the HR round. The very next day, I was told the result was negative with no valid explanation.
Two rounds covered Java, Spring Boot, CI/CD, unit testing, and DSA. Despite good technical discussions, the HR handling was incompetent and wasted the candidate’s time.
