The first round is a HR screen. HR basically told me the hiring team was actually looking for someone else who had more experience in a different as opposed to what was listed in the job description. I found that it was unprofessional and wasted both of our time. Although she mentioned there would be a more relevant role opening in a few weeks, she decided not to move forward with my candidacy. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
