The most unprofessional recruiter I've ever dealt with. During our discussion of the position, she told me to please not drink any alcoholic beverage or vape while interviewing. I should have taken this as a red flag, as it was obvious by this request that she was used to recruiting very young people for the position and she did not truly read my resume of over 20 years of experience in this business. This recruiter also sent me some links to the company website and understood immediately that the company was not as diverse as they say, as only very young people were featured in the website photos. Ageism is still an issue for this company.
