The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, then was quickly moved on to the hiring manager a few days later; afterward, there was a 3-panel interview 30 mins each. Recruiter called a week later to provide feedback, In total the whole process took~2.5 weeks. They were efficient and very communicative during the whole process.
