After applying online got a call asking for a phone screen. On the call, the recruiter provided good information about the company and asked questions about my work and resume. He then asked if I'd like to submit for the job and I agreed. He told me that he will get back to me with feedback from the company regardless of whether they are interested or not. That was over a month ago and I have not heard back.
