I had an initial phone interview with a hiring manager and then a second phone interview with a manager. I was then called in for an on-site interview where I was supposed to meet with three people from the marketing department, including the director of marketing. I met with two different people, but for some reason, the director of marketing was too busy to meet with me, so the interview was cut short, which made me feel very uneasy and confused. I received a rejection letter a couple of days later.
