Got invited for a 30 min chat with the recruiter, which seemed to go well - then received an email right away that there will be a second stage of the interview with the Hiring Manager, and was asked to provide a suitable time. I've listed down some time frames and...haven't received any response. I followed up - no response either. And a week later I'm receiving an email from the HR that 'the role has changed' (although on the website it remained completely the same) and that I am no longer a fit. Wow.
