The interview process had 3 rounds.
1. HR interview
2. Case studies
3. Interview with CEO
1. HR interview: I was asked about my background. My motivation to join GSG. My joining date. Any further questions from my side.
2. Case study interview: I was given two case studies. 1 was take home case study and the other was given on the spot. In the interview I was also asked a lot about my past work experiences. The on the spot case study was difficult. It was a typical market entry case study.
3. Interview with CEO: Fit interview. General questions. Explained the responsibilities of the job etc
The interview process was doe in 2 weeks. Everything was well organised and quick.

Case study had a good difficulty level bases on real life market Research.
Fit interview with the CEO. He explained the role responsibilities. Checked whether I fit the role. Asked some questions about my previous experience.
