- Stage 1-2: Initial 2 conversations with the Global HR Team via Google Meets and over the phone (within the same week). The nature of the role, the Company, the core business, and the peculiarities of the same were explained. The cultural fit part of the process was done as well.
- Stage 3: Technical interview with a Senior Level employee (Commercial Team). The candidate's soft and hard skills were applied to hypothetical daily situations and there was room for expressing your opinions and concerns about a variety of work-related and personal topics.
- Stage 4: Technical interview with the Commercial Director. Similar to the previous step: The candidate's soft and hard skills were applied to hypothetical daily situations and there was room for expressing your opinions and concerns about a variety of work-related and personal topics. There was an informal and relaxed chat at the end too.
***It took 1 month, each stage in each week — a pretty straightforward one and very dynamic. The HR team supported you with feedback after each step and was open to helping and making everything easier.

2 entrevistas. Una corta inicial con Recursos Humanos y una segunda con el manager del puesto de 1 hora. El proceso completo fueron menos de 2 semanas, con un tiempo de respuesta bastante rápido.
