The process consited on telephone call, a test sent by email and an interview at Bet365 office.
I would say that the test wasn't easy, although I managed to go over it.
The interview at their office was easy, just general questions and review of the test.
The process was fine, but I didn't enjoy that after not being selected they didn't offer any feedback on what skills to develop or general feedback from the interview.

- Excel skills (pivot tables, index...)
- KPI calculations from the raw data
- Compliance questions (UK)
- Sports knowledge
- PPC knowledge
Questions from the interview:
- What do you know about Bet365?
- Why did you change from your last position to your current one?
- Where do you see yourself in 3 years?
- How do you manage working under pressure?
- How would you feel if you cannot develop all the creativity that you would like to? (talking about PPC copies / compliance)
- What would you do if there is a really tight deadline for a task to be done?
- What do you know about PPC?
- What are your hobbies?
- What's your desired salary?
First gone through telephone interview. Then after about two weeks was invited for in person interview which went quite smooth. At my second interview I was asked pretty standard interview questions.
