Swift, efficient process. Short initial interview followed by an 8 hour assessment centre. All included were helpful and friendly. Assessment centre featured a mix of team based activities and hybrid tasks to examine your skillset. Included in this was an interview, which was significant in further explaining your qualities.

The day is long getting there at 9 and staying until 5 you do a series of group exercises but the assessors aren’t always looking which can be annoying they didn’t seem too interested as they do them so often.
