As our Scrum Masters are also responsible for people management topics they want to understand the candidate behind the CV. Taking our time for an interview means that we can address questions regarding the job role as well as your personal story.
We believe that during the interview process both parties involved should receive as whole an impression of each other as possible. Candidates apply to become members of our company and in the same way, we apply to the candidates as their prospective future employer.
