We did a standard remote tech screen doing a coding question, then did a full day on-the-job style exercise with a demo at the end. The full day piece was tailored to my anticipated role in the company.

The core focus was on a many-hour coding assignment. I would say I got stuck for some period of time on difficulties but, as I was able to describe how I got stuck and otherwise make good progress, I still received an offer.
