First interview was with HR manager,then Director of Sales, then owner. Basic sales interview, final interview is by owner of business-Chris Irion-who has no knowledge of sales or sales processes. What was offered to me on the phone and what was actually given after I had quite my job to accept this postion were not the same. By this time I had no choice but to accept.

Was very quick - HR first, then 2 managers, then Skype interview with CEO. The CEO basically spoke the whole time. I assumed that since his managers already approved of me, this was more of a "this is what we do". He does love to hear himself speak. This process has changed as the company is letting go tons of staff.
