Not much different from a typical tech company's interview process - 1 phone interview, then an on-site interview with about 5~6 people.
Overall, the interview process was disappointing, to say the least. One of the interviewers did not show up during the on-site, and during the hiring manager round, the manager frequently yawned and even dozed off during the interview lol Other interviewers seemed nice, but that manager's attitude tells a lot about the company's management and culture. I'd look elsewhere

I was scheduled a 1 hour call with an SRE from Ebay. Interview lasted 30 mins, nothing technical was asked, no code was asked, Interviewer was cool but I think he was kinda distracted...

I did 6 steps interview with different parts of the company: my boss, my colleagues, developers, project managers, etc...
They checked first if I fit with the team and then the competences. That was a very long process in my opinion but I'm happy about that because it ensures that the employees are at a very high level of competence.
