I applied online and was called 3 weeks after. Phone screening and then a take home exercise.
Passed the phone screen and did not get any feedback after the take home exercise. They did not reply - had to follow up 2 weeks after with the hiring manager and only then I received a phone call.
Overall the process wasn't that bad but you have no idea how much time it will take, how many steps are there and the Talent Acquisition does not care to reply to your emails or explain clearly what will happen next and what's the timeline.

The recruiter was friendly and I was able to move forward. I prepared well for the role and getting information about eBay. It was a straightforward round with typical questions on behavioral and functional.
Never made it to zoom interview. Went through initial screening. Seemed like a great role. Back and forth about salary expectations. Would love to apply again when job is available again. But no interview or offer

5 interviews, general questions, nothing complicated - mostly about my past working experience since I came from the same industry and had a profile that they were looking for It took quite long to get the offer given internal approvals. Overall good impression.
