After applying, I received a notification from the recruiter asking to complete an assessment which included some basic math questions and a typing test. Then the following day, I received an invite to do a Q&A pre-recorded interview which consisted about 10 questions. Once I submitted my pre-recorded interview answers, I was then scheduled a 45 min phone interview with the recruiter where they asked me a few questions and told me more about the company, the job, the pay and benefits. After my phone interview with the recruiter, the recruiter scheduled my final interview with hiring manager and gave me additional instructions in an email to complete my background check, post photos of my office space and complete an internet speed test. I waited about 3-4 days after my final interview to hear that they wanted to move me forward in the hiring process and officially offered me the job a week later. - Pre-recorded Q&A interview consisted of STAR questions - Phone interview was also consisted of some STAR questions - Final interview was all STAR questions and a role play scenario at the very end The entire process felt a bit long however, the recruiter was very thorough and quick when it comes to communication and updates. It took me about 5 weeks from the time I applied to the time I got my offer.
