Involves fewer stages and online assessments than usual big companies. The interviews I had were quite conversational. The assessment centre consists of a pre-task on Excel and group discussion. All recruiters were very friendly.

1. Phone Screening (not with a person, they will send a link and you have to record yourself). Basic Questions: What are the upcoming eCommerce trends...)?
2. Invitation to the eBay office. Group Task and presentation & 1 hour interview (Behavioral interview questions).
Everyone was super nice. We had lunch and breakfast together and they answered questions.
Several steps of interviews, including a day at Ebay's HQ. Everyone was every nice and overall I had a good experience. Suggestion to study their values and mission as they look for people that would fit in the company's culture the best.
The interview process was expansive with many video interview entries. There was also a whole day assessment centre with a group task and two individual interviews. The recruitment process was not that great most of the candidates were ghosted.
