I was interviewed by HR with normal standard questions. They told me It wojld take 2-3 days for them to come back but they came back after two weeks. They told me I made It into the next phase and if I could do the interview two days after or let them know an alternative for that day or the next week. I answered that same day with a couple alternatives and they didn't come back. I followed up two days after in case maybe they missed It but was ghosted again. To be honest, they made me a favor, as I would never want to work with such an unprofessional company that treats people's time and resources like this. Of course that I was actively interviewing and had other very good and competitive options but I think we need to start exposing these malpractices during interviews so future employees know which type of company they are getting into.
