Initial phone interview, and two in person interviews. Went smoothly, generally wanted to get an idea of your background experience and knowledge of client sevices industry. Also had to do a presentation.

Started talking to the HR person- I got a few tips before having the upcoming calls. Interviewed with two different departments, had 3 calls and didn't get it. Then interviewed for another and had about 3-4 phone calls ending with a presentation. Overall good experience and they got back to me quickly and were honest with me.
