So Recruiter calls me up and since she was so much in hurry Just ask if I am available for interview, I say Yes. Second day on given time frame I got a call. And for almost 35/40 mins of interview I get a positive feedback. Now I go to F2F round on the second or third day to another panelists who is also positive but had some confusion if Since my brother also works with same company off role. He calls up the recruiter and post which I am being asked to leave. Very next I am rejected the reason on call given is Blood relatives can't work in same company. So two able people with abilities can't work just because relation. This is not the case with world's best of best companies. I felt so bad since I was very much interested in the role and company. If recruiter/leader is reading this please change this policy. In facebook couple runs a business, India's most businesses houses run by family members. Retail industry always benifits relationships.
