Axle is the kind of work environment that I had been searching for, for so many years. It's a no-nonsense kind of place. You know what is expected of you, work hard, get your job done, and you will do well here. But it's the kind of place where you want to work hard and overdeliver, because we are a tight-knit team, and our success depends on each other.

If you want to be in an office, and work each day alongside your co-workers, understand that Axle does not currently have an office. To compensate though we do have quarterly off-sites, which gives you a connection to co-workers. Remote work isn't for everyone, and that may be a disadvantage for you, but you do have the option to have weekly virtual lunches and the quarterly off-sites to stay socially connected to your team/co-workers.
