Axle is the kind of work environment that I had been searching for, for so many years. It's a no-nonsense kind of place. But it's the kind of place where you want to work hard and overdeliver, because we are a tight-knit team, and our success depends on each other.

If you want to be in an office, and work each day alongside your co-workers, understand that Axle does not currently have an office. To compensate though we do have quarterly off-sites, which gives you a connection to co-workers. Remote work isn't for everyone, and that may be a disadvantage for you, but you do have the option to have weekly virtual lunches and the quarterly off-sites to stay socially connected to your team/co-workers.
