Inclusive, open and thoughtful. As my role is supporting senior execs, I can hand-on-heart state that leadership is still people first and cares deeply about their ANDis (employees). Despite turbulent times economically, the culture of the company has taken a hit but it is returning slowly but surely.

There can be a lack of traditional 'structure,' so your career and progression in certain roles heavily relies on the ANDi being a self-starter, self motivated and determined to progress their own careers. You've got to want to upskill and stay current and sometimes that is going to be on your own time rather than during the working day!
