The concerns you’ve raised have been taken seriously, and many of the issues you mention—clarity on benefits, investment in people, and rebuilding trust—are exactly what our ongoing transformation is focused on addressing. We know progress won’t feel meaningful until it’s consistently visible day-to-day, but hopefully you've already started to notice some positive changes with new clear progression criteria, a redesigned reward framework, and dedicated upskilling in key growth areas.
