We are in a hybrid model and have FTO! - I actually enjoy working downtown, it's in the perfect location. - Internal promotions/progression here is strong. It's nice seeing how often people are moved upwards and get to build their careers. - Professional development stipend is a very generous chunk of change as well.

Nice office, a lot of good people

Little room for growth due to struggling sales and revenue. Internal politicking is extreme. Not much flexibility for US employees. Startup environment without startup benefits (stock options, autonomy, improvement process). Extremely limited diversity.
