Chaotic, not systematic Strange and unfair recognition of merit. It's about what you act and your relations to the boss, not what you actually do. Not diverse, the office is mostly Dutch and a lot of them are from the region around with little experience with non-Dutch people. They would speak Dutch to each other and ignore the English-speaking colleague present on the scene. So be careful expats. Disappointing salary and no clear growth path. HR would give you a high range and paint a rosy picture about potentials before you join, but that won't happen.
