Additionally, there is a notable deficiency in accurate and timely reporting. Communication regarding assignment details, schedule changes, and performance expectations lacks consistency and clarity. This creates ambiguity in accountability and limits the employee’s ability to effectively manage deliverables. From a process standpoint, this reflects weak coordination and insufficient control mechanisms within their staffing and reporting systems. Most concerning is the apparent lack of advocacy for the employee.
