I worked in the NYC location, and one of the biggest pros was working for Tonya Lain who is an absolutely fantastic VP. She takes the time to get to know everyone, and sits out on the floor with the team, and would treat the team to Thai Friday's as well. Just a great person, and overall leader. Your PTO starts off at 18 days. Friendly team, collaborative environment. Allow you to take on new projects - good for entry level role, first job out of college. Fantastic worklife balance. If your hours were 8:30am - 5:30pm, that was what you were working.

Computer technology was pretty behind, systems were always slow and a lot of them only worked on Internet Explorer. Some of the managers were not the nicest to deal with, stressful to work under. Very much a sales environment, which might be what others are looking for. Not much room for growth, as their offices just moved to Florida and the main offices still in NY are recruiting only.
