Many new ideas but no testing of those ideas. Essentially shotgun blasts to see if the target is hit and then moving on to the next thing. Advertised as a 12 hour shift, 4 days a week but often more like a 14-17 hour day and often required to do some work on your three "off" days. Work/life balance is just not there.
