Loved my coworkers. My department (icqa-support) always supported each other and had each other's back, other then management. The ERC is amazing. And the job is fun.

Got wrote up after 2 wks. PA never listens to concerns Horrible management. No opportunity to transfer or move up. If you try to transfer you will get wrote up for nothing no lie there was 7 of us some who had been there 5+yrs others who had just started all got wrote up when we tried transferring it. Half the ppl had never got wrote up and all of sudden they did when trying to transfer.
