You can move up quickly if you show initiative, and work hard. 4. The benefits are primo. 5. The people you work with will become friends quickly enough if you are a decent human being. 6. The work environment is friendly, encouraging and personal and group safety-centered. 7. You work 10 hours days, but you get 3 days off.

Not really whole lot, except if you work on the dock, it's hot as hell in the trailers. But other than that, it's a great place to work at. The pay also could be a little higher. They wouldn't give me much overtime during non-peak time periods, but I needed the money, so I had to ask for it all the time and was rarely acquiesced.
