Every day, decisions are made based on these. They put the customer first and design work patterns based on customer needs. They make sure the employees have the resources they need to be successful. Amazon empowers their employees to always do what is best for the customer.

I have been with Amazon for a year now. The only real downside is that everything moves so quickly. They innovate quickly, build quickly, and have new product and services available for their customers. You have to be able to learn and adapt very quickly.
