Unexperienced managers, unfair treatment, impossible requirements, no tools, crazy working hours, extremely stressful. I remember would leave the company every day with stress-related back pain. Benefits are constructed in a way that is supposed to keep you in the company for at least 2 years, however, looking back I think the time I spent with the company was not worth it. Looking back, I see we were a team of very good people - but constantly had to compensate for lack of tools and processes. We would spend hours doing simple things manually and trying to extinguish fires or soothe angry partners from outside the company. Every day more and more tasks would come (sometimes not really useful things, I believe). There were also a couple of managers everyone would complain about, also via the official way, but nothing would be done. That never ceased to surprise me - in a company where you would always feel enormous pressure for results.
