On the contrary, it's a launchpad for anyone hungry to grow in responsibility and experience, since there is always opportunity lying around just waiting to be seized.

Finding time on people's calendars can be difficult, but the people are super helpful if you are able to meet with them. Amazon will take as much of your time as you give them, however, and oftentimes more, making work-life balance difficult to achieve for those with families, even with the work-from-hope option that's available.
