1. Really exciting projects, dont think any company has these many options. 2. Smart people 3. Caring managers (there are some bad apples but I had 3 out 3 great experiences) 4. Good comp (poor benefits but stocks make up for it) 5. ton of opportunities to change job families and teams

1. You tend to work hard, usually 45+ hours is a norm. Most people do it to get promoted quickly, very few to keep up with the rest. 2. Diversity is poor. Africans and women engineers are very few. However, if you go to other job families it's pretty even,
