      Sometimes Big Ideas have a hard time moving up the ladder because there’s so many of them. Also, there’s so many projects going on at times that there’s duplicate versions that are slightly different, which could of been fixed if there was more visibility across teams.

      Devi essere auto motivato. NESSUNO ti terrà per mano e ti dirà che stai facendo un ottimo lavoro. Se hai bisogno di continue affermazioni da parte del management, questa azienda non fa per te.
