Cutthroat politics, you are hired as someone who is "better" than the current team. Great start for a company. Poor boundaries and work-life balance. Metrics heavy for zero reason other than having them turned against you. False "DE&I". Leadership Principles are the beaten like a dead horse and also turned against you. Tremendously poor pay. Recovery from working here: mentally, physically, and emotionally
