I like the fact that these principles have contributed to set a very high standard where everyone is looking at and you just feel like it's only the beginning and a lot more needs to be achieved. I like the opportunities that I can see around, the tools at your disposal, the freedom that you have. This for sure has been the biggest step so far in my career as I got exactly the role I wanted to challenge myself with and I probably got it in the best moment.
