It takes months to understand how the different teams associated with your role interface...and then you stumble across more! - Roles and responsibilities aren't very clear cut at the moment - You're surrounded by a large number of high achievers moving at a fast pace. You have to be patient with yourself while you ramp up or you'll fall into a pit of despair. - PTO entitlement isn't great
