The opportunity to network with other people and co-workers is great. Amazon is really big on professional growth and opportunities to obtain more skills. Great Corporate work culture. Compensation and other benefits such as PTO, vacation, and retirement are competitive.

Since many things are automated for ease, you may forget how to perform some tasks, which my advice would be to practice on Microsoft Server, Azure, or CISCO packet tracer if you feel certain skills are important to remember how to accomplish out of Amazon.
