The leadership principles are used as weapons to cajole employees into sticking with the status quo as well as to identify those who are not completely bought in. All that is missing is the kool-aid to truly have a cult. Relocation benefits lock you in for two years of servitude or steep penalties are levied on you for leaving early. Trust me there is a huge retention issue. If you are an intern, college grad, professional in your field, stay away from this hell hole.
