Most people aren't really prepared for leadership positions; they only have good English and are extremely subservient to their superiors, so there's a lot of favoritism, a lot of bad decisions, a lot of wrong ways to make things happen, and of course a lot of difficulties if you disagree with that culture. Little flexibility when working in the office, extreme surveillance on many occasions. It is difficult to get a promotion, it could take years for just 200 USD or 300 USD more and a lot more responsabilities. Little vacation time. Avoid Amazon Fresh.
